色翁強扳員工雙腿 嗆：今天要弄到妳

新北市一名年約50歲的卡拉OK店女員工花花（化名）去年12月間，店內打烊時，71歲李姓老闆，竟趁店內無人之際，企圖性侵她，甚至還嗆說「今天就是要弄到妳！」所幸花花的丈夫當時在店門外，直覺有異及時上前制止並報警，才未讓李翁得逞，新北地院今依強制性交未遂罪判李翁有期徒刑1年8月，緩刑4年，並得接受40小時義務勞務及4小時性別平等教育。可上訴。
判決指出，去年12月3日晚間6時許，花花向李翁表示要離職並準備要離去時，李翁竟突然將她環抱住，並伸手進到她的衣物內四處亂摸，花花雖極力反抗，甚至丟擲酒瓶，但李翁仍不罷手，強脫花花褲子，並扳開她大腿，怒嗆「我今天就是要弄到妳！」
花花不肯就範，趁隙爬到大門邊將門拉開縫隙，卻又遭李翁用身體強壓在身上，所幸花花的丈夫當時已到店門外等候接她下班，察覺有異立即強行推門入內制止，才未讓李翁得逞。
檢方偵辦時，李翁否認犯行，辯稱「我不是這種人」，但在法院審理時，卻坦承犯行，供稱一時激動才會犯錯，而法院認定他已與花花達成和解，且對方同意給予李翁緩刑；今依強制性交未遂罪判李翁有期徒刑1年8月，緩刑4年，並得接受40小時義務勞務及4小時性別平等教育，可上訴。
